1957, married, one child Mechanical engineer, Doctorate(PhD) in
laser technology, University of Hanover 1990.
Dr.Vinke has held a number of different leadership and project
management positions in national and international projects since
1984.
- Responsible for establishing and lead management of LZH
Laser Zentrum Hanover and representative of owner for a new
building and the construction work.
- Project lead management of approx. 60 national and international
projects in the field of production technology, environmental
technology, infrastructure, water and waste water business.
- Realisation of PPP Public Private Partnership projects
- Interim manager, CEO, CTO and international business development
